Creamy Chocolate Cauli Shake
/Gluten Free - Dairy Free - Refined Sugar Free
Avoid tummy rumbles from milk and ice cream with our creamy dairy free chocolate cauliflower milkshake. It tastes like a treat with the bonus of hidden nutrition in every sip. By using raw cacao powder over commonly used refined cocoa powder, it ensures that you'll get a rich chocolate flavor along with added health benefits. Raw cacao is a mineral-rich powerhouse filled with magnesium and antioxidants to calm the body, fuel the brain, and support heart health. Oh, and, calcium alert! Raw cacao contains more calcium than cow's milk.
If that's not health worthy enough, we've added omega-3 fatty acids in the form of chia seeds; hidden cauliflower for a dose of veggies; and added easily absorbed amino acids from grass-fed collagen to promote efficient cell growth and repair.
Now you can have your chocolate shake and feel good about it too!

Pro Tips
Prep: Peel and chop ripe bananas into quarters and freeze in an airtight container for future use. This way, you always have ripe bananas for future smoothies or baking. Frozen bananas add that creamy factor to smoothies.
Storage: Airtight container in the fridge for 24 hours.
Sweetness: Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding or reducing dates/banana. If you don’t have dates on hand, simply use a little more banana.
Snack Attack: This will make enough for 2 servings, so save 8-10 oz. of this smoothie in a sealed jar in the refrigerator. This will come in handy for your afternoon snack. Just shake before drinking.
