Touchstone is a space for YOU.
A space to intentionally pause and practice coming back to yourself during a stressful time of the year.
During these 9 weeks, you’ll build a foundation of connection with your body so that you can feel more present and easeful during this season knowing that you have this touchstone to return to.
This is an opportunity to nourish your nervous system, metabolize stress, and replenish your reserves to avoid burnout.
THE WORK
Each week, for 9 weeks, we will come together to build a foundation of connecting practice and regulation.
We will drop into the body with a sense of grounding to replenish energy reserves, be present with emotions, and release holding patterns.
Your body becomes a touchstone to return to for reminders of presence, ease, and possibility.
We do this through focused themes, journaling, dialogue, coaching, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, acupressure, Tarot, and peer support.
It’s my intention that participating in Touchstone can increase your ability to navigate a potentially stressful season from a place of internal strength vs. external pressure and expectation.

FAQ
WHO IS WELCOME? Anyone who identifies as a woman
DO WE MOVE OUR BODIES DURING EVERY SESSION? Not necessarily. Cycle Theme and Integration/Coaching sessions may include seated micro-movements done through writing, breathing, or vocalizations, while Practice sessions will include segments of macro-movements (seated, standing, or laying).
WHAT KIND OF MOVEMENT? The movement used during our practice sessions is very gentle. Sometimes it is physical movement (swaying, shaking, twisting, stomping) and sometimes it’s energetic (tapping, acupressure, chanting). This is not an exercise program by any means.
WILL THIS BE ACCESSIBLE FOR MY BODY? I can make accommodations to fit your needs, as long as I know what your needs are. Options will be given for alternative positions and movements. Please let me know if specific movements are inaccessible and know that you have the authority to do whatever is best for you at any given moment during the program.
CLOSED CAPTIONING? For closed captions during live sessions, ‘transcript’ must be turned on on your screen to access CC.
IS THIS CHRISTMAS SPECIFIC? This is not specific to any holiday. Nor do you have to celebrate any holidays. Please know that I celebrate Thanksgiving as a day of harvest and gratitude and Christmas as a non-religious tradition. This does not mean that you have to, as well.
IS THIS OPEN TO ALL WOMEN? This group is open to anyone who identifies as a woman.
DO I HAVE TO BE THERE LIVE? No! I do encourage participants to join live when possible to foster community and to prioritize setting this time aside for yourself but it is not mandatory. In reality, sometimes things come up so all sessions are recorded for you to watch the replay.
DO YOU OFFER SCHOLARSHIPS? I am a new business so at this time I do not offer full scholarships. As my business grows, I hope to offer this in the future. If you do have financial constraints but still want to join the group, let’s talk. I can be accommodating in some ways.
MINIMUM. This program requires a minimum of 5 participants to run. If this minimum isn’t met then the group may be paused or canceled. If this is the case, I will reach out with alternative 1:1 options or a full refund.
